Fill out the application below if you’d like me to calculate a 1-time macro (daily calories, protein, carbohydrate, and fat) calculation for you. Cost is $80 for the 1-time macro calculation, or $150 for the 1-time calculation and a 30 minute phone consultation to review. Once you submit your information, this does not guarantee your calculation. Only 24-48 hours after PAYMENT (check your spam if you do not receive an invoice within 24-48 hours after submission) will you receive your calculation and/in addition schedule your 30 minute review call with me if you choose that option.

Please let me know what type of work you do--IE sitting at a desk, waiting tables, etc. Remember that for body recomposition strength training with progressive overload is the most efficient use of your time.

How many meals, snacks, and dessert(s) do you eat daily? No right or wrong here, but it helps me when I send your numbers over to give you an example of how to break down the daily numbers into meals and snacks.

Please remember that as your body composition change (ie fat loss, muscle gain, scale weight decrease or increase) your numbers do change over time. I recommend sticking with your calculation consistently for 3-4 months before requesting new numbers. Remember that healthy weight loss is represented by SO much more than the scale. Make sure to take photos from the front, side, and behind as well as waist, hip, thigh, and upper arm measurements weekly in addition to the scale weight so that you have more context for how your body is changing. Weigh daily and take an average of weekly weight. Take measurements and photos monthly.
